And this if difficult to be on a computer this night. MOnday afternoon me nephew Bryan crossed the threshold in Conneticut at a young age.

All his talents were many. Very many, yet all he wanted to do was work and live in a light House.

10 billion dollars? For an investment that could produce guaranteed 5-10% returns for 40-50-60 years?
The Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village apartment complex in Manhattan sold for 5.4 billion at one time.
No, it is only too expensive to build if some low level douchebag bureaucrat decides to block the project, when the investors have ZILCH to show for a 1-3-9 billion US$ investment. Which given the current status of local, state, and federal regulation state is an unfortunate CERTAINTY. We live in the "whatever the meaning of is, is" country, and regulations say whatever the taxfeeder in question says they say. So there, without government backing these projects are simply not possible in USofA. Maybe in some other country, or some other time. But we live here and now, and that is that.
you are not scratching the surface.

What will waste storage cost for 100,000 years?
What will the bill be for an accident, or deliberate attack which spews radioactive filth to the south and west?

How much would insurance be to cover my house 100%?
My neighbor's house? His neighbor's?

How much will proper security cost (not the rent-a-cops, but the real, military security) we will go to after the first attack?

How funny that you are so casual about your radiation exposure. Luckily, nobody is who is involved in the decisions to regulate sources and wastes.
Would that explain why Colorado has not been evacuated?

This has worked to power Michelle's home since her daughters were old enough to walk.
