So, are these cost savings going to be passed on the consumer? I doubt it!

If they want to save some "real money" they could always cut their CEO John Rowe's outrageous salary by 20%. Nawhh, that would never do. Then, they might be able to lower their economically stressed customers electric bills and that would never do. Let them eat cake, right John?
