First, any story by the National Post is pure political spin by Conrad Black and his cohorts. He set up the paper purely as a means of propaganda for the right wing.

Second, the 'free lunch' is generally the current corporations who make millions on polluting industries and then walk away leaving the billions in pollution and health costs to the public..
