Douglas said that when Entergy bought the plant in 2002, it had an agreement with the state under which it could rely on investment growth, rather than cash contributions, to build the decommissioning fund.
It reminds if Chris Dodd and his innocent insertion of the AIG bonuses in the stimulus or tarp legislation. Is that the legislative interpretation that decommissioning funds additions wasnât needed contingent of the sate of VY.
