The reality is that no US nuclear power plant has ever been attacked by terrorists.

To do what? Sit around, making fart jokes, and groping female employess?

Unlike the ignorant US public, te-horrorist handlers know exactly what impact would have the attack on a concrete enevelope, negative void nuclear plant. ZERO.

And all reactors outside ex-Sovet Union are negative void, concrete envelope structures.

That's why there were no petrojihadi attacks on american, french, indian, russian, german, israeli, pakistani, chinese, or italian reactors.

Despite tens of thousands of victims of petrojihad in hose countries.

The Marines would be to protect the rent-a-cops from being overrun, not to 'protect the shell.'

Try thinking.

.
Senor Guillermo,
.
Let me try it this way.
.
All commercial nuclear reactors in US, the rest of the non-russian world, and more than half in Russia, are self shutting down reactors.
.
That is, their fuel elements are placed in such a way that disrupting the reactor will lead to it's shutting down, BY ITSELF.
.
The only commercial reactors that did not obey this rule were the reactors of RBMK type before they were modified in wake of the Chernobyl industrial accident.
.
At this moment ALL reactors in the world are self-shutting down negative void reactors.
.
Which explains why the petroleum-funded chechen te-horrorists insist on bombing hospitals, theaters, and subway styations, instead of nuclear plants.

Therefor your terrorist friends will continue to dismiss your calls for them to attack nuclear power plants. That is because they concluded years ago, that your requests had no chance for success and they know that they will continue to have plenty of soft targets to hit. They also know the difference between the truth and your lies.

You are assuming no sabotage. A serious assumption.

No Senor,

ANY disruption leads to decreased reactivity. Including sabotage.

The reason why the 500% cost difference between an PWR or a CANDU and an RBMK are resources well spent.

You assume terrorists are simpletons.

Your assumptions are useless.

You assume your "te-horrorists" can change the laws of physics.
.
Personally I worry more abut user error than te-horrorists.
.
That's why it's a blessing that we can negative void coefficient, negative temperature coefficient are feasible.
