if the city starts picking up commercial trash then all thats gonna do is raise rates. our civil service already pays to much. the highest paid 19 employee article. if you tax the commercial haulers then i will have top pay more and that means el paso disposal will have to raise rates. what are we gonna call this entity ? THE PGB ? THE PUBLIC GARBAGE BOARD. id dont blame ep disposal for dealing with new mexico. sure alot less bullshite there than we have to put up with from our city.
