With the local political leaders promoting the open borders for easy invasion, this comes as no surprize.

The entire collaborating chain of criminal conspirators ,need executing when convicted; pure and simple.

Build the fence!

Yes, build the fence, then get all the law enforcement educated, and involved in this heinous crime of hate.

I think it would be wise for Mr. Cook (I can't bring myself to call him Mayor)and all his cronies should read this article and posts. Of course he would be impervious as he has an agenda that really is pro Mexican and anti American. If that sounds harsh, read this mans history.

Sex trade runs rampant because of the sex industry in juarez and just like drugs there is a demand for those kind of people. Men pay good money to screw virgin girls, teenage girls or do things to women they would not other wise do to their wives or girlfriends. Wake up, sex tourism has been happening for almost 100 years in Juarez.....

Far better to live as a slave in the USA than free in Mexico. These people are willing to die trying to leave that cess pool and get over to the USA.

Exactly!!! And besides Cook and his Anti-American, Anti-taxpayer policies. We have all the local "agencies" that run stash houses for illegals. The "lawless" Catholic Church, where they are against abortion, but the MAJORITY in El Paso voted FOR Obama Not much Church, politics conflict there. Then they are still paying out MILLIONS for the lawsuits and the Priests who molest little kids. The Border Coalition and all the locals who are in business for themselves. And then still we have all the local and State politicos who are also in business for themselves. We have always had a very good Sheriff Department, especially with Sheriff "Sammy" and Apodaca. With Wiles taking over, their will be little, if any enforcement or cooperation with the Border Patrol and I.C.E. The trafficing of illegals in El Paso gets the same "wink and nod" as the "inherant RIGHT" of people in El Paso to drive drunk.

I am sorry for the victims of these horrible crimes, but until our government puts Mexico on the list of countries that abuse human rights and stops all money and trade with them, these violations will continue. We are unfortunate in having to share a border with this vile place and the building of the border fence needs to be completed immediately. Why not take a month's funds that are sent to Iraq? That would complete the fence. Also, if the government demanded that all illegals leave or face prison, that would save untold billions. We cannot sustain the humans who are invading this country and who our elected officials think need schooling and medical care as well as citizenship. We must never allow those who disregard our laws to become citizens. They do not deserve it.
