It doesn't say he was arrested 'up north'. What is says is, he lived in New York and Boston; that he was caught the attention of Canadian, New York, Minnesota and Mass authorities. He was crossing borders up north, and 'it appears', the Mexican border. There is more than ample evidence of middle eastern smugglers all along the border and here in El Paso. Just check out the car lots,'second hand auto parts',restaurants on Alemeda & Mesa streets and unused student visa's at UTEP.

Don't get used to the deportation of illegal aliens, because the Obama administration will not enforce immigration law, and will try and stop the fence(which is law).
