Ummm children ages 1-21? Anybody see a problem here? You are not a child if you are between the ages of 18-21. That would be considered an adult. Glad to see our tax dollars are being spent so capabale working adults can get a cavity filled at a greatly reduced rate courtesy of the tax payer. And how exactly are my tax dollars being put to good use by filling cavities?

The government that governs less, governs best. why is the local government providing these services? Only the dirt poor and the ultra rich have access to medical care anytime, anywhere. We in the middle class who pay taxes are being squeezed by the lazy and greedy. I wonder how many illegal aliens will have dental work on our tab?

Instead of the city paying to pay a filling for a 21 year old, why not fill the holes on our roads. What idiocy.

I guess the city has nothing else to spend tax money. This is the problem, that we take all incentives of hard work. This is why El Paso is ranked as the 4th poorest city. Another entitlement, thanks Democrats. Only they can provide something for nothing.

Free medical care to a selective few. Why can't I see one of these dentists? Do I have to be an illegal immigrant, or an anchor baby. I struggle everyday and I just paid $600 for a crown. Hey Mr Mayor can I send you the bill. Maybe I don't qualify since I work and pay taxes. Unreal.

They need to hire some shrinks too. Then city council could get free exams too.

I agree will all. I have to go to Juarez to get affordable teeth work done since I am like most...working horse and paying for college and the lazy scum get to live better than me.

I cant even find a pediatric dentist on my insurance plan. I bet if I were call to make an appointment for my child they'll charge me an arm and a leg.
