Company offers to buy homes near Mich. oil spill
The company whose pipeline ruptured and dumped hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil into a southern Michigan waterway said Tuesday it has offered to buy up to 200 homes in the affected area.

Did they want the property that bad they would stoop to that level. They will probably offer 30% because of the environment damage.
