About 1 month back I had sent emails requesting help for my Electrolux refrigerator to various Electrolux service centers but none of them have even bothered to respond.

This is not expected of a company of Electrolux's standing and I now have doubts about referring Electrolux to anybody.

i have damaged the lid and pins of my electrolux rc 1600 cool box and i would like to know if any one has any answers as to were to get the lid,pivot pins and the lid seal,or if anbody has a damaged or broken cool box with the parts i want intact i would consider buying

THE REASON WHY YOU PROBBLLY DID NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSES TO YOUR EMAIL INQUIRY ABOUT YOUR FIDGE, IS BECAUSE IT ITSNT ACTUALLY AN ELECTROLUX, THE ELECTROLUX COMPANY SOLD THE RIGHTS TO THE NAME TO SEARS KENMORE...IF YOU NEED SERVICE ON YOUR FRIDGE YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE PLACE THAT SOLD IT TO YOU, OR A REGULAR FIX-IT MAN.
