All Kodak employees are very lazy and stupid. Had any had balls and ambition they would have left long ago. Most just do not question and think. Never question the organization just follow orders. Robots. Just sit at your desk and say nothing to keep you overpriced job that you have done for 30 years. Always believe what you are told. Kodak will always take care of you. Thinking is not allowed. Nothing changes here and it has not for years. Antoinette P. McCorvey is the token black CFO that is also a dumb robot. She has no financial skills and should have never been picked for this job. But Antonia needs dumb people around him because he never graduated from college. A CFO and a CEO that are clueless. So we have now come to 42 cents a share.

Kodak’s director of corporate communications and public affairs has resigned today. Another one bites the dust.

Gerard Meuchner was appointed to the position on January 1, 2006.

Remember the conversation in the movie "Pretty Woman" ?

Richard Gere told a suck-up store manager that he was "going to spend an obscene amount of money".

The store manager, in response, asked... "are we talking profane or really offensive !!!!"

For years... decades... Kodak management's mentality was profit margins (margins isn't the word) that were absolutely "really offensive".

That's the only business model they ever understood.

Remember... one Kodak CEO literally fell asleep in a meeting with another CEO (again, another, not the right word, it gives the Kodak CEO too much credit) who was and would ultimately change the way society lives.

WHERE WOULD THIS DUMB BLACK WOMAN BE if the the Spanish king did not give her a job that pays mega bucks. The unemployment line for sure. Soon she will be where she belongs. Job Fairs. Resume'- Accomplishments - Assisted CEO in running company into the ground and was very successful. Helped company into bankruptcy. Managed cash flow unsuccessfully for several years. Kept company in the red. Advised CEO on how to sell patents for money. Help CEO find companies to sue to get money to keep the light on for a quarter or 2.

I can turn Kodak around. Make guns. Hand guns for young black kids. Names. Mike Jordan Special. Kodachrome revolver. Disc II. MLKing I and II. Colt 45. In addition $200 sneakers for blacks can also be made at the Kodak Park Site or what ever it is called this week. Mike Jordan Airs and MLK Flyers. The money will be coming in so fast we will have to hire workers. .

Look at this from a different perspective... KODAK is screwing everything!

They had an opportunity to become the leader in imaging. But they didn't because many of the inbred management chain were basically factory workers who "did a good job" an were promoted into a position they had no right being in.(Note the comments above about the CFO) The management did not have the vision or market awareness to move the company forward. They did not understand the disruptive technology of the PC. They did not understand what their customers wanted. They didn't know how their customers used their products.

Management had a very goofy "Not Invented Here" syndrome. If it wasn't invented at Kodak, surely no customer could ever want it. Strangely, when they had a breakthrough product, if it didn't deliver the margins of film in a very short time, they killed it! One example is 8mm video. Kodak was one of the first to market with this technology. They sold the product for what, maybe 2 years. Sony sold 8mm camcorders from the 80's until the early 2000's.

And at the top, Tony Perez is a snake oil salesman. He will make a good TV evangelist when he locks up the last door at Kodak.

You must have missed it...

Tony's corporate jet was destroyed when he took it to D.C. in order to watch the Super Bowl with Barck... the jet was placed in a... questionable... hangar during a snow storm dumping very heavy, wet snow... the hangar's roof collapsed, destroying Tony's pride and joy !!!!

Hey, Tony racked up a $300K + bill flying around, in his baby, for personal pleasure.

Never fear, Tony ran out and leased a replacement for his broken trophy... life's hell at the top !!!

wait till you hear about the dozens of upper mgmt and supervisors who walked off the job today in protest and disgust of the plunging stock prices and bankruptcy rumours and poor leadership. They are thinking of doing what the employees of Genesee Brewery did and buy out the company and get rid of Perez and all his a-hole buddies on the Board.

we should demand the heads of those who stubbornly head onto the belief that film wouldlast forever and not try to get in on digital imaging before it exloded. Kodak gave away the technonlogy for cell phone cameras, they could've outsold Samsung and others on that alone - who wouldn't have bought a cell phone with a Kodak digital camera in it?

I really do hope all you lazy fcktards waste the little remainder of your retirement funds buying out a worthless company. The only reason you d bags want it to go on is so you can go back there and play angry birds on your laptops all day. Stfu already. You will go down in history as the laziest workforce ever.
