I think that if this dyselectric company would spend the same amount of money on improving/maintaining their pathetic equipment as they do on telling us how lucky we are to be their customers - they might actually get one or two happy - never mind lucky customers. I have yet to meet or even hear of a satisfied El Paso Dyslectric customer.

It seems to me as if this utility company is a little less reliable than its counter part south of the border in Cd. Juarez. I guess we need to spend a couple more million dollars to find out What Mexico is doing right.
