The power went out in my apartment in Port Chester in July for about 5 days causing all my food to spoil. I had to shell out over $100.00 btwn meals and replacing rotten food. I sent my receipts to ConEd and they REFUSED to reimburse me, saying they're not responsible for the weather. I want to deduct my expenses from my next bill.
