Ancana slams EPAs Wyoming fracking finding
The damning EPA finding comes at a time when the industry is fighting hydraulic fracturing, or frackings terrible reputation. While the technique has been used for decades, it has been viewed negatively in many places in Europe and the U.S. and linked to water pollution and a small earthquake in the U.K.
Encana says the EPA released the preliminary findings without third-party, scientific verification.
Fracturing has been around for years but doing it the NEW WAY along long laterals some times 5,000 feet and more than 20 to 30 times is ABSOLUTELY NEW.
Proof abounds that drinking water has become contaminated.
Last the EPA is the Sheriff but Encana wants more fact-findings! Or a third party, maybe that is a NEW WAY to scream foul.
