Well, it is time to start giving back all of the stock options you big boys have been giving yourselves while laying off other employees of long standing. It is what it is no matter what excuse you spin it on.

Why would you wish ill will on the people that are left working there? We still have families to feed. Also, it's probably EDS, not EDI.

There is no ill will for the most of the employees that work there. Most are a great bunch, however there are those there now and from recent past that caused a lot of injustice and pain to a lot of families while they talked about corporate culture and christian values. Their corporate culture came from a test tube. Go online on your PC and type in DTG where is says stock quote. Then go to insider trading and look at the millions they have been awarding themselves while out sourcing jobs and laying people off. Then compare it to what your family member makes. We could write a soap opera about what has gone on there. This is going on all over america while most of the workers incomes go down.

I think you don't know what you are talking about calling the EDS guys sell outs... they have familys to take care of that is why they took jobs at EDS... learn your facts before you point fingers... by the way I have worked at DTAG for 11 years... I think I know what I am talking about!

Yeah... Corporate America.

Sold Dollars' IT out to EDS, and as soon as the employment protection umbrella was up, EDS laid a lot of us off. My job went to Mexico and Argentina.

Ask any non-golden parachute equipped employee at Dollar what they think of their current service from EDS....

The good news is that Gary Paxton and his wife still have company cars provided by Dollar.

Remember these thoughts and you will do well in Corporate America:

* Anything that can save the stockholders millions (a few bucks to them) can be offshored, with absolutely no regard for American jobs.

* NO GOOD ever comes out of a merger (more job losses), except for the millionare stockholders

* No good ever comes out of outsourcing (more job losses)

* The ones in power will never lose any money (maybe a few million here or there, petty cash...) They have protected themselves.

* Those that make the most money, get free corporate cars. Make sense? The average worker can barely afford to keep their car running...

* The quarterly bonuses received by corporate officers/board usually exceed the yearly payroll of the entire company. Where is the outrage? Oh, it is in China (India, Argentina, Phillipines, etc.), never mind..

This sure isn't the America that I was raised to believe in. What a joke....

It doesn't help that Dollars cars are junk. I avoid them and go with Alamo. I was in Houston and it took 5 cars before one was acceptable and this is not the first time and no I don't want a flawless car just one where the stereo works and the seats are not stained with who knows what.

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Capricorn

You'll have a fabulous time if you're longing to see what's on offer in the sales, especially if you want to buy yourself some new clothes or cosmetics. However, you won't pay much attention to how much you're spending, and may even deliberately avoid thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and don't go overboard if you can't afford it.
