I have a very dead tree in my backyard that has Edison and Cable wires running right through the middle of it. This line leads to the whole subdivision next to me. Once before the line went down and half the city was black. You tell me Cable is responable and cable says DTE is. What ever, winter is coming and the first ice storm or wind strome those really dead branches will take the line down. This line is from pole to pole.
