Everyone should call the Public Service Commission (the same ones who just advocated a rate increase for DTE!!!) Complain to them, and the Better Business Bureau. Their executives just made a combined $1Billion last year - it sure wasn't for performance.

At least getting the complaints filed may force DTE to improve its woeflly inadequate service.
But that will never happen as long as DTE is in Detroit and beholden to the city. Having worked there - you see useless people doing nothing that cannot be terminated, and the productive workers don't take long to become disgruntled since everything falls to them. Soon, no one does anything.

"If we don't take care of the customer's maybe they'll go elsewhere and leave us alone" is never more fitting.
