Protest at DTE follows fatal fire
In the wake of a fire that killed three young children earlier this week, some protesters Thursday called on DTE Energy to halt the shutoff of gas and electricity during the winter months.

The best way to fight utility companies (and maybe even put them out of business) is to develop technologies (such as the 'Bloom Box') which will let consumers generate their own power. Alternative energy is another way to go.

So now it's the 'entitlement' group who is staging a protest at DTE - how stupid.
DTE is not at fault.
According to reports, the prior tenants had the power cut-off as they were moving out.
The next tenants, who suffered a devasting loss, never contacted DTE to restore power as a new customer. Power had been unlawfully reconnected.
The protest is wholly unfair and extremely stupid.
No one is entitled to anything. It's absurd to think anyone is entitled.
