They have a strong confidence in them that by paying a person/employee/the one who is they employ that they can utilize him to their will and wish not taking in to consideration their personal life. Pretending they are nice to the everyone they suck blood out of people. This is the first company that's I have observed after working for serveral companies in united states that I have noticed this kind of behaviour, where in the mode of communication is either Hebrew/Indian Languages/English/Russian etc etc. Where I see no profesionalism/no dress code etc etc...
What ever it may be , how flexible it may be but giving value to one's personal life is very important, which is not given in this workplace, requesting people to work at any point of time at the companies will and wish and based on their requirments.
I can say its the work attidute about the managegment in this company.
I haven;t seen any company in US,or as per law that one is required to work on weekends, but this is the only company I have obserrved that employee is required to get off on weekends which is rediculous.
I am posting this comment not with respect to one team in Amdocs with respect to each and every team in amdocs.
If I am mentioning this here, who ever reads this might think that oh this is not the way in amdocs, but the word is being spread, you bet I am telling u guys. Its not that matters how good a company is earning it profits, what matters is how good it's treating its employees. I am not a person who is frutstrated, but who is feeling bad after working in so many american companies. my brother's who ever is reading this email it may be right from director to employeee, I am presenting this here just to let you guys know how one is feeling working here not to harm your feelings just to let u guys knows how it's being felt working in this company. good or bad every individual has their own self respect, so has the company has to respect the individuals.
If one is a responsible director of a company like this he would monitor each and every team and the managers , how they are handling the things. work as a team, as team amdocs. I meant as team amdocs, which means monitoring each and every Manager and how he manages his own team and how they treat their employees.there are several things I wanted to mention here, but I think what has been posted is sufficient enough to get an idea of what is happening.
give respect take respect(respect in all aspects), its a good say that I have been thought from child hood, so has been my comments without any abusive stuff, but the facts.
