Hi,
Amdocs clarify application is timing out when the DB is restarted. Any idea as to how we can resolve this issue? Problem scenario: Oracle DB is used as DB server. This DB is restarted. Application is throwing timeout error to the user. Note that application was running before DB restarted and continues to run after the DB restart. Timeout is happening frequently and it is not consistent. Environment : Oracle DB(9i), Amdocs Clarify CRM (ver 12.5), 3 million records in DB, search query is timing out. Best regards, Madhu |
