Just goes to show that pot does not interfere with the thinking process. He is on paper and has caught new charges;the firearm charges are worth 10 years. Excrement for brains.

>>His brother, Michael Meinecke 36 of Leggett, was charged with allegedly cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, and being armed in the commission of a felony. He was issued a citation and was released at the scene.

So if you are charged with a felony you are released at the scene? Really? I thought a felony was kind of serious...

What? But he was a probationer who promised not to break the law, that's how he got probation in the first place. He better watch out now, the judge will put him on "double secret probation". That will show him!

They let him go after a ticket for 89 plants and a gun. Guess they do not want to much hardship for a family. Is he the mayor of legget or something?

There are tens of thousands more illegal drug dealers still in the county. I'm sure you can get a full list from Tom Allman since he invited them all here.

Give them time and they will come. They will tell you how these poor people were only growing gods gift to man and that they should be awarded a medal. They will tell you about the unjust laws that put that poor boy on probation in the first place and how those of us that work real jobs for a living (those of us that can get one these days) should bow down and worship these guys for their contributions to society as a whole. They don't do it for the money you know, that has nothing to do with it. They do it as a social service.

I called recently regarding a whole back yard of 10 foot tall plants literally across the street from 2 schools and was told that they didn't have time to look into it. guess our children or their safety dosen't matter to the local sheriff's office.

What's the motive here, ye judgmental types???
The guy is trying to raise his family and give his brother a place to get back on his feet. These folks aren't living surrounded in luxury and cash, hardly paying bills is the more accurate description. Doing the best one can with whats at hand and being content with that, that's what's going on here. No greed, money barrels and timeshares in Ensenada here folks, move along.

This guy is not raising a family. This guy is not giving his brother a place to live. He would have more cash on hand if he wasn't using drugs. He was on probation for a reason. Are you defending him or your own life style?

How much is two pounds of dope worth? How many pounds will 89 plant net? I would dare say the income would pay my bills for a couple of years and allow me to upgrade my 10 year old car.

I'm Spartacus or I mean I'm part of that collective.

Once again this is a non issue!

He is growing a plant for what ever reason he chooses until you realize your bad attitudes are the only thing that gives it any value you will always have this problem or should I say non problem.

So if you hate pot growers vote to legalize!

I want to know what danger the kids were in and how it was determined to be dangerous. Please elaborate. As far as I know cannabis isn't flesh eating. I know it can't be over used. And other than a few hours of spaciness..there isn't anything that has been proven to be dangerous about it. 25 million people in the USA safely use cannabis every year.
