How do you feel when you see Russians are putting US satellites into orbit ?
Are those Yankees so impuissant that they are not capable to construct their own ?

This was a commercial launch, so the satellite company probably went with the low bid. Availability of a launch rocket, launch pad, and tracking is at a premium here at the moment. However, Russia has some fine launch rockets. Space shows we can work together, and that is a good thing.
