XM shouldn't have merged with Sirus. The line up sucks now. So if they go under, care factor 0 !!

The capital requirements are too large. Sirius will be forced in to bankruptcy - there is no other answer. Owners of the common stock are screwed.

Article has Stern thinking of "jumping ship"? Where would he go?
Satellite radio is great if you're in your car or truck all day.
They'd do a lot better allowing car subscribers to have 24 hour access - whether in car or not at the same cost. It would greatly expand home/office usage, and make it more valuable as an advertising tool.
They need to learn from Google. It's the "hits" to the site....i.e., 24 hour listenership...
nickel and diming users is a poor business model.
