Great...I am sick and tired of individual judges and lawyers being able to disrupt the daily lives of millions of citizens. What system of "law" allows a product or service to be sold on the open market for many years and then declares it unlawful. Common sense tells you that a one year statute of limitations should apply.

the "law" you spoke of was a law that was violated for 9 years by dish that gave people that were not entitled to receive distant network feed. The federal law was broken and now dish is worried that it will inpact their call centers and subcriber churn with unhappy customers that loose the stations they never had a right to get anyway ..well boo hoo for dish if you cant do the time dont do the crime
