poor and rude customer service

Hi, I paid for dish network to install their dsl package 5 weeks ago at my mos's house in South Carolina. They have set up 9 different sppointments but they have never even had the courtesy to call and say that they aren't showing up. When I call and ask they say oh well they were supposed to call you but I guess that they got busy. I have contacted the the executive side of the customer service @ 855-844-9636 over 5 times but I have not had the courtesy of a returned call yet either. UUUHHHH!!!!
I just need someone at echostar of dishnetwork to give a damn. Any suggestions?????
