There's a sad truth about the millions of digital photos tourists will snap at Orlando's attractions, theme parks and resorts this summer.

Sounds like an idea they ripped off from cruise ships. They've been doing nearly the same thing, for years. Nice try, Westgate. Another case of them taking something that already exists, spinning it and calling it their own (sort of reminds me of Universal Studios attraction rip offs of Disney).

Just returned from our latest trip to WDW. Used the Disney Photo Pass for the first time. It looks like a great idea for the park visitors and a great marketing tool for Disney as well. All photos shot during the day by their official photographers were available online when we returned to the resort that evening. One word of caution, you will probably want to take photos with your own camera too. You can only order prints or photo items from the website. You are not able to actually download the high res photos taken by Disney.

Razorbacker - you can purchase a CD (or multiples if you have enough photos) of all of your photopass pictures for I think $99. This gives you the full versions of all of them.

I just wish they'd continue on with the limited experiment of putting ride photos on the photopass. They could have a cast member at the photo viewing area with a handheld device like the photographers carry. If you wan your picture on your pass, they just type in the ID number of the photo on the screen, swipe your photopass card (or give you a new one) and off you go!
