More workers under influence of painkillers

Whether it's the result of an aging population, or just one that can't tolerate pain, a growing number of employees are going to work under the influence of prescription painkillers.
Sounds like the latest 'crisis' du jour! I get so tired of reading about these made up crises by law enforcement and the drug testing industry!
