Well DG did not even pay out enough for all the managers that were in the class action. If you took the total and divided it among 22,000 even half of that should have been close to $4,000...someone dipped way before us...but that is why these lawyers make these cases...to get paid well...And the managers who documented their pain and suffering...I a sure they filed for that. I was hoping but didn't expect it to be divided the way it was...guess I made too much for a woman....

On the statement they (Womack) is calling this "Back Pay"...why would someone who worked the whole time as a manager get less than someone who worked less than a year? More back pay for less time?...weird...

Hey PLEASE realize that there is a good possibility there MAY be trolls on here as well, trying to rock people upl. AND for those women that filled out the 2nd form regarding "medical, psychological effects of the discrimination" would have gotten more.
I almost killed myself LITERALLY during my 5 year tenure, and ended up HAVING to turn my notice in, hospitalized, etc. But since this only covered tenures from Feb 2006 through April 2012...which only actually included 4 months for me: MY grand total was $39, so count your blessings!

Just talked to 2 DG manager friends. So far one received $695 and she worked the entire tenure/time period save 4 months. Another worked 4 years DURING the tenure, and she made $320. Like I said, count your blessings! I received $39 LOL!!(PS NONE of the 3 of us filled out the "additional claims award" paperwork.)

Some of us managers were told today that we would be fired if we cashed our checks. Is this true?
