My information says, if you are hiredin as a store manager the amount is $1510, per year from 2006 thru 2012, if promoted to store manager the amount is $790.00 per year.

Checks will be issued by year end.

Where did you get your "information"? Dates are wrong, amounts have not been disclosed, and DG & claims administrator are still verifying employee information and amounts. Settlement checks have not been sent as yet, and no date has been given. For more information go to WCQP website. They have a page with info regarding lawsuit & settlement.

On the WCQP website dated January 31, 2013, they have posted that we can expect to receive checks in 2-3 weeks. Who wants to wager money that in 3 weeks they post that our checks will be delayed yet again??? This is getting old. Their first communication after the settlement stated that checks would be mailed out the end of October. Hello... it's already February!!!

I was told $10000 for the main managers that filed the claim and 5 thousand for everyone else minus taxes. Unless you have a monetary claim then it could be more. I left from being lied too from a medical leave. In 2006 they did tell me when I called that they went back as far as 2003...so I don't know how much I will receive?

I thought the 5, and 10 thousand was the base award, we suppose to still receive additional funds

I've been told several times by the admin at the firm that even they don't know the amounts. I hope it's a couple grand, that would be good. Today is the 2 week mark tho, from the time they said it would be 2-3 weeks. So we should be seeing something any day. According to the website that is. ;)

I agree that these checks will not arrive this month, its already the 19th and no sign of any checks yet. I think the next excuse will be " oh, sorry everyone, the machine printing the checks has broken and your checks will be delayed an additional 3 months or something along those lines. This is so ridiculous and upsetting. If the post stating the firm said by the end of this month all checks will be received well the countdown to the end of this month begins 9 more days till we hear more bologna...
