"With energy prices persistently low due to a grinding economic recovery ..."
Why would energy prices be low -- I haven't seem my PG&E bill decrease?
Deere invested $1B into wind generation and is now willing to sell for $900M. Not long ago Shell Oil got out of the wind generation business too, selling their North Sea project for a substantial loss. If this industry has the potenial "Dear Leader" says it has, then the private sector would be eager to expand not sell. I guess it is only profitable if financed by the federal government.
Do we trust the private sector to determine the viability of a business or a government that has never made a wise investment?
