This state, and the country for that matter, cannot afford to lose any more jobs.

So where's the so-called stimulus???? The President was down that way talking with the Prez of Cat and said that with the stimulus, Cat was going to hire back some of its laid off staff. After Obama left, Cat's prez said that Obama was wrong and he laid off even more people!

Obama's "Change" has turned into a catastrophe for working people.

Runs like a Deere, but Deere's finances smell like a John.

Deere's is an honest company that tries really hard to keep all there employees employed. They are not a charity and they understand that market goes in cycles. These workers all volunteered for the program, I just worry that John Deere lost some good workers.

The Trillion Dollar Stimulus sure is ramping up jobs at capital equipment makers like Deere. Will Obama or Biden be in Moline for a media set piece to help them announce the layoffs?

It's George Bush's fault.

Daily Horoscope for December 5

Leo

Your sunny temperament has returned, dear Leo, as the Sun and Venus dance in Sagittarius and the marvellous Moon shines in your sign. Whatever the day has to offer, it should bring you some pleasure and laughter, so arrange something nice if you don't have anything planned. Your power to charm is considerable right now and it will make you a big hit with whoever gets the full force of it. But don't give someone the come-on if you don't mean it.
