The report is misleading. The government awarded millions in grants to buy equipment in this quarter. The government is supporting the system and businesses are buying again with government money. These grants pay 75%. I work for a company that is receiving a $2million grant. We have to come up with $500k up front and they pay the rest. We just bought an $900k crane with this money. Once again this is a misleading report of stimulus money propping up the system. It is not a real influx of cash from all businesses.
