Diebold unit sues Cuyahoga, state over voting-machine contract

CLEVELAND: A voting-machine company has filed a lawsuit asking a judge to rule that it fulfilled its contracts with Cuyahoga County and Ohio.

Good for them. It's not the machines. They work great in Portage County. As it has been said before "it's the loose nut behind the wheel"

Sue em blind, Diebold. The elections board and working staff totally screwed up use of these machines on their own.

I would love to see Diebold lose on this. Their machine cast my ballot before I was finished voting. Their ATM machines are also poorly designed.

Go get'm Diebold. Your machines work great. There is not a bigger bunch of lazy, stupid people then those in Cuyahoga County! They signed the contract, they have to honor the contract!
