I've been doing some research and found that Omaha may possibly be the only city in the entire United States for Delta that has both above and below wing positions outsourced to a NON-Delta company. Delta is handled above and below wing by Skyway (a subsidiary of Midwest). Is there any other city in the US that DL has another airline (not including DL connection carriers like OH,EV,OO,etc) handling not only the ramp but also the ticket counter/gates/BSO? I can't find any. Also, why OMA?
