Video seeks to lure California prison inmates to Tennessee

Our local jails are overcrowded because the state of Tennessee doesn't have room for them????? BUT, we are trying to lure felons from other states to Tenn...don't make a lot of sense...They should revamp the video to say "Have your families move here too...you can get on the welfare a lot easier here and they have TennCare for your medical needs"...Oh, by the way and by all means make one is SPANISH...we don't have enought illegals here either...BULLCRAP!

Californina has over 100,000 illegals who are felons in their prison system, I'm sure they will let you take them there....
Yes you will have to make a Video in spanish so they and their families will understand what you are saying.... Do you have any Spanish speaking TV or Radio stations there you could place commercials on...?
