Lockport Council May be Approving Chevron-Texaco Plan
The Lockport City Council's "Majority of Five" and "Minority of Three" sides just might be coming together Wednesday night, with the possible approval of a CONCEPT PLAN for COGENT ENERGY'S proposal on the old Chevron - Texaco property.

The Lockport city council voted unanimously to accept a concept plan to allow the same type of industry on the Texaco remediated site which caused the need for remediation in the first place. Good work Lockport.
