CEOs don't want things to change, so they make a public relations program to make everyone think they are going to change something.
In reality, the fake leaders of these corporations are at fault for the government fiscal cliff and wages that require so much dependence on the very government they got rich off. Capitalism is gone and the cancer of corporatism has taken over.
