Customer complaints about a lack of Christmas "Cheer"

Customers were complaining that we had too many "Christmas" things out even up to last week. They are now turning this upside down and claiming we don't have enough "Christmas" things to buy. Then they claim our competitor Walgreens does have all the things we ought to have. I have no way to answer this objection. Look at how Walgreens stuffs up their supers to the brim and crams every nook and cranny however unshoppable with tons of crap. How is this something people could actually desire in a shopping experience?

I am a WAG employee and I agree. Corp sends in massive amounts of crap for Xmas and most of the stores around me look like a disorganized cluster f$%k. Can not blame the store manager too much, corp has taken away most of the managers ability to order what he/she wants and just sends crap. the manages then have to cram everything in the store so people can have a chance to buy it instead of merchandise sitting in the stock room.
