CVS threatens to fine employees who refuse to take health assessment
CVS employees with company health plans will have to take a free health exam - measuring such metrics like weight, blood pressure, and body fat - or watch their monthly premiums increase $50, according to a report in Bloomberg Businessweek.

This is what happens when somebody else pays your bill. You might be the patient but ever pays it gets to stick their nose in your business like it or not.
On one hand you have the rights of the patient and on the other you have the payer of the bill-the employer. All this could be avoided if the problem of HOW MUCH and WHAT IS being payed instead of WHO will pay.
All those who are crying for free health care or ASSume the employer should pay their bills got what they deserve. If there was a truely competitive insurance and health care market people wouldn't be dependent on their employer for their private health care. Competition would help address how much and what is being payed for. But as long as somebody else is paying for it you will have issues like this.
