Oil in the Fuel. Rough idle

I have a 2005 Int'l 9200 with an ISX. Driving at 70mph it lost power. Almost sounded like a jake brake but I don't have one. Pulled over and there was a seriously rough idle and blowing white smoke. Never had an oil leak or consumption problem but I left the yard on full. Drove approximately 60 miles when above problem happened. While waiting several hours for a tow, I had to keep restarting the engine to keep up air pressure. When the tow truck arrived, I was down 1 gallon of oil but had no leaks. Oil was in my fuel tanks and fuel filter. Can anyone please help?
