Repowering a tractor with a 5.9B

My Farmall 706 tractor with a 282 cu.in. laid down on me.I can get parts to fit a 5.9B into it and only a 5.9B. No BT's because of clearance issues with the front end loader. Is there a 5.9B that does not have any electronic controls for like, throttle position sensor or any other engine control devices that would preclude me using that engine? I just want a 5.9 that has throttle control. Is there a 5.9 made like that? In essence, I don't want an ECM on the tractor. Do these 5.9B engines have the P7100 injector pump? I have heard they are a good pump. Is it true that a 5.9BT can become a 5.9B simply by removing and replacing the exhaust manifold with a 5.9B exhaust manifold? I apologize for asking such goofy questions, but there are tractor mechanics where I live that have no experience with the repowering that I want to do. This tractor is a 1964 model that has been in my family and has sentimental value and all other components work great. I asked my neighbor if he wanted that old 282 cu.n. diesel for a boat anchor or target practice. He refused it. Thanks in advance for any replies to my questions!
