Bad Faith Business

Century Tel doesn't practice business in good faith. We submitted a request for a refund of services. We had requested to disconnect our T1 service in February 2006. The fees were never taken off of our bill. The bill is unclear. It doesn't clearly identifty what we are paying for. We were denied a refund request today, by Century Tel. We provided our documentation to them proving that we had submitted a request to disconnect the service, as they stated. We are a small business. We try to keep operating expenses down, so that we can pay our employees. Century Tel is greedy big business. Buying back stock and paying 3,000,000 packages to their CEOs. This is an example of the little guy vs the big guy. The big guy didn't do the right thing when they had the oppportunity to make it right. Corporate greed.
