It is about time someone steps in with some common since. A tire is subject to a lot of abuse during it's lifetime. There is no way a manufacture could assume the responsibility for the tire throughout it's service on the vehicle. The operator must assume part of the blame for not taking reasonable care and maintenance of the tires. The driver also must use reasonable driving skills when something goes wrong with the vehicle.
