What's the shredding division like? Is it run different than the uniform division? Do they at least provide a secure shred?

Document management is the "newest" division of Cintas. Do your homework online and you will discover that this division is the lowest paid among all other divisions. You have to have a 7 year background check that must come up clean, drug test, and great customer service skills to perform daily duties to Cintas's standards. You are then asked to perform sales and manager level duties at VERY low compensation. I do not advise Document management at all. The highest amount raise that you can receive is 3.0% per year for the most profitable division of Cintas.

I'm looking for a document shredding company. My cousin has a ton of old papers with critical information on them that she needs taken care of, but doesn't own a shredder. We're looking at one company who's a little bit south of her. http://mobileshred.net
