There is little justice when you file against a corporation but it would be niece if they would say if he was legal. If not they need to check his pay level and compare it to normal. This is a right to work state and you can expect the same attitude at these sweat shops.

I new the man who was killed he had worked for the Cintas co. for years. He and his wife were good Christians, good neighbors, and good AMERICANS.

I am a former client of the Cintas Co. I now first hand that they cut corners at every opportunity. I believe that they are liable in this case and I hope she bankrupts the bastards.

The sweat shops in tulsa hire alot of illegals and work them for less pay. I was only suggesting that they check I did not mean to stir up your hatred.

I don't really know what "hatred" you would be speaking of... His legal status has been reported on already.. And I wouldn't consider Cintas a "sweat shop".. Maybe if you educate yourself into what a sweatshop really is you would reconsider your choice of words..

From reading other posts I assume this is a non union shop that does not have a safety man to up hold the safety conditions so employes dont have to risk there lives. From that stand point I assume it is a sweat shop sence management requires there help to risk there lives or jobs for pay.

What do unions have to do with anything? No amount of "safety men" would make any difference if an employee does something stupid. You're gonna get hurt or killed if you make the wrong choice no matter what safety precautions are in place. Its just like "slip and falls" when you have "wet floor" cones all over the place blocking the wet spot. People are gonna walk across it or climb over the barricades no matter what. People do stupid things and that's life ..... or maybe even the end of it.

Safety people are not there to point out mistakes to only management but also to employes. If they continue to work in a hazard condition they are written up or replaced. You dont have to have a union shop but most sweat shops dont take the time to teach hazards to employes. Life is cheap when its your life.
