Major Stockholder and Greg Reyes partner Venture Capitalist, Neal Dempsey & Bay Partners knew all about this whole scenario and they acted dumb as if they didn't know anything while letting Reyes take the balme. They deserve to go to jail too!

I guess they are mainly concerned with Reyes. Becuase he was convicted, they got their man and they don’t really care about getting Jensen. I think this is also easier for the govmt to proceed in prosecuting Reyes. They couldn’t for some reason sentence him until her case was settled.
