Carter is an idiot who really needs to stay home & mind his own business. He is probably the former president with the lowest intelligence quotient and whose own mother wishes he had never been born:

Carter's cry of racism is right
Former President Jimmy Carter hits the mark when he says much of the opposition to President Barack Obama is "based on racism." He's just stating the facts, whether Americans want to hear them or not.
