I'm a bit confused. The cars of these women were seized. How can the police say a felony was committed without someone first being convicted of that felony in a court of law? Isn't prostitution a misdemeanor?? I'm also a bit confused as to why these women were arrested for accepting an appointment. Did they mention sexual favors for a price? Did these women offer massage without a license? I'm wondering why in this country our constitution is being ignored. How can someone be arrested for prostitution for advertising escorting services online and accepting an appointment without having first offered a sexual act for money? How can someone's property be forceably taken from them without due process of law???
