Craigslist auto sale red flags?

I am trying to purchase a particular vehicle from a local person on Craigslist. The photos associated with the vehicle were blurry. All four of them. The ad wasn't terribly descriptive, either,
I figured, eh what the heck the person is within 40 miles, I can just check it out anyway. Well, I sent him an email and after asking a few basic questions (first, if it was available) and also asking for more, non-blurry photos, the response came back that it was available and also that the pictures were blurry (no, really?) but I could take a look at it...
Spoke briefly to the guy on the phone, but was more interested in getting the address and setting up a time and date, which is tomorrow.
The final flag in my book was this, and I am partially to blame. The car's year was stated incorrectly. There are subtle differences between the year car as advertised and the subsequent year. Turns out it was the one year newer model.(a '72 vs. a '71). Part of the problem was the poor photos, though.
So the flags I have are:
No new photos offered after request
Incorrect year stated in ad
If you are selling a classic car on Craigslist or any other site, those give me worrisome negative vibes.
Should I just kill the visit or reach out and tell the guy he has the wrong year and I won't come out without clear photos sent to me? This is not an unreasonable request in my opinion!!!!!
Thanks for any feedback.
